POTTERS OF THE SOUTH is an exhibition of the widely diverse clays, glazes, firing methods and techniques used to create work that express the potter’s ideas of clay’s limits and capabilities. These potters represent Alabama, Florida and Mississippi and are brought together by Maria Spies to display work during the month of February in conjunction with the 2024 Alabama Clay Conference which is held annually in Alabama.
